Local government
Insync Surveys has extensive experience working with local government Councils all across Australia. We currently work with up to 65 local government Councils across Australia. In February 2009 a Director, Local Government was employed with significant experience and expertise working in the state public and local government sector. This has given Insync Surveys the opportunity to develop a local government industry business to work solely with Councils.
Our plan over 5 years is to demonstrate our commitment to best practice in local government. This will be done through a constant stream of research utilising comparative analysis of data from our Council clients to identify high-level trends in employee and customer satisfaction and engagement. Insync surveys also works with members of the national Local Government Business Excellence Network.
