The Board

Nicholas Barnett has over 30 years' experience as a Chartered Accountant and Business Consultant, including 11 years at KPMG with the last 2 years as a Partner. He has also been the Chief Executive Officer of Ambit Group Limited (IT Recruitment Specialists).
Nicholas assists boards, board committees, senior executives and their organisations to measure and improve their effectiveness. He also assists organisations improve their gender diversity. Nicholas regularly contributes research and articles to the media and has featured as an expert commentator in relation to board and director effectiveness and risk culture.
Nicholas is a Co-founder of Board Benchmarking and Gender Worx. He is a Non-executive Director of Ansvar Insurance and Mission Australia and until recently, was a Non-executive Chair of First Samuel Limited.

Rhonda has over 25 years management experience across a number of industries including information communication and technology, utilities, education and government. Rhonda is an independent consultant and company director.
She was previously CEO of Freshtel Holdings and Chair of Novell Asia Pacific. At Novell Rhonda was responsible for the management of Novell's entire Asia Pacific operation and was a member of Novell's worldwide management committee which provides strategic planning and direction for the Company's global operations.
In 1999 Rhonda was awarded the Victorian Telstra Business Woman of the Year.
Under her leadership as Managing Director, Global Customer Solutions won Victorian Call Centre of the Year in 1999 and Australian Call Centre of the Year in 1999.
Rhonda is a member of a number of boards and committees including: Board Member at DB Results, Director at O'Donnell Global Solutions, Council Member at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Board Member of RMIT Vietnam, Board Member of RMIT Training and Board Member at Australian Centre for the Moving Image. She was also previously and Chairman of Victorian Government Purchasing Board.

Des has worked at Insync Survey from day one of this great company and intends to play a leading role in seeing Insync Surveys' continuing growth. Des brings a unique mixture of understanding of organisational effectiveness, strategic leadership, multi-industry networks and strong inter-personal relationships
Des is particularly passionate about ensuring that our company's culture is understood and adopted across the company and about ensuring that our relationships with our clients are long term and mutually rewarding.
Des has held proprietary and senior advisory roles in strategic human resources in government and industry over more than 30 years.

James is responsible for the achievement of Insync Surveys' goal of becoming the premier stakeholder survey and consulting specialists in Asia Pacific. He provides leadership and guidance to the development of strategy, products and marketing.
James is deeply committed to helping organisations become more effective, and combines his role leading the company with a small number of client assignments. These include research, measurement and strategic advice to HR/OD, Marketing, CEOs and Boards.
A broad range of life experiences prepare James for his current role. These include over a year working as an Australian Volunteer Abroad in Solomon Islands, and three years riding a motorcycle around the world. More recently became Governor of the American Chamber of Commerce in Australia and undertook the comprehensive Williamson Community Leadership Program from Leadership Victoria.
James' community involvement includes the facilitation of the Ignite program; a leadership intensive for high potential leaders from Leadership Victoria. He has also participated in the CEO Sleepout, a homelessness awareness raising event for St Vinnies.
